This is where I should put out the welcome mat, and a little bell over the door to tinkle as you come in to peruse the pretty pictures. I'd probably have a pot of coffee to offer, too, if this were a real gallery.
But it's not, and all you get to see is a dim projection of the pictures. Really, just a symbolic representation of the images, which, after all are just my photographic impressions of some corner of the world that I saw some time ago. This could get us in to a serious existential loop.
Instead, just enjoy the pictures. They look better in real life, just like you do (I know you're on your couch in a ratty old bathrobe), 'cause in real life they're real prints--gelatin silver emulsion on real paper, exposed from negative on an enlarger, just like they used to do. (Except for the color ones--those I try to print on Ilfochrome, or high-end Canon.)
